One-Layer Baked Fries
Ingredients
- 5-6 potatoes (ideally ones for baking, but not required)
- a little oil olive
- a pinch of salt coarse
Preparation
Wash the potatoes well and cut them lengthwise into thin strips (like fries).Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange everything on the tray so the pieces are spread out and not on top of each other.
Drizzle a little olive oil over them and sprinkle coarse salt.
Bake at 200 degrees (if you have a grill, you can place them on the grill - not mandatory) until lightly browned,
carefully open the oven and flip the fries to the other side.
Continue baking until browned on the other side as well.
You can garnish on top with chopped parsley / cilantro / green onion.
Serve alongside your favorite sauces.
And... bon appétit
