Nutella Cookies in Just 5 Minutes (144 Cookies)
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons Nutella chocolate spread
Preparation
(To make the cookies kosher for Passover, you can use Passover-certified flour.)Cookies that are fun to make with the kids.
I like to add half a packet of baking powder (5 grams)
and a pinch of salt to the recipe.
But it's really not a must..
So, let's get started... :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix everything together: egg, flour, Nutella spread,
(whoever wants can also add a pinch of salt and half a packet - 5 grams of baking powder)
Mix.
I prefer to mix by hand, but it's absolutely
possible to use a mixer on low speed too,
until a uniform dough forms. (See the picture below.)
Place parchment paper on a tray and grease the parchment paper very lightly.
Form balls and flatten them.
Their shape barely changes during baking, so you can place them fairly close to each other.
Bake for 10 minutes, no longer.
Note: the cookies come out of the oven soft,
leave them aside for about 5 minutes until they cool.
Only once they have cooled completely can you serve them / transfer them to a jar.
You can decorate the cookies before baking with candies or chocolate sprinkles,
or after baking with powdered sugar and more..
You can replace the Nutella spread with any other chocolate spread you like.
