Cauliflower and Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower broken into florets
- half package pasta
- 1 container cooking cream
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 heaping tablespoons onion soup powder
- salt
- black pepper
- shredded yellow cheese
Preparation
Steam the cauliflower until soft (you can also boil the cauliflower in water, but then it absorbs a lot of water, so steaming is better).Cook the pasta.
Spread the cauliflower and pasta in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the boiling water, cream, onion soup powder, salt and black pepper, and pour over the cauliflower and pasta.
Sprinkle on top everything with yellow cheese.
Bake at 160 degrees for about half an hour, until the bake is lightly browned.
