Meat Buns
Ingredients
- 1 kg flour
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 600 ml lukewarm water
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 small bunch chopped parsley
- 1 package coarsely chopped mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- a little olive oil
- a little coarse salt
- 1 egg for brushing
- a little sesame seeds
Preparation
1. In a mixer (optional), prepare the dough and let it rise for about an hour.Meanwhile, prepare the meat filling:
2. Fry the onion, add the ground meat and stir.
3. Add the mushrooms and parsley, and season.
4. When all the liquids have been absorbed, turn off the heat.
5. Let it cool completely.
6. Knead the dough again to release the air and let it rise for another few minutes.
7. Divide the dough into 32 pieces and let them rest for a few minutes on a greased counter.
8. Form circles and, using a finger (or the lid of a small container), make wells in them.
9. Arrange them in the pan (spaced apart, since they will rise).
10. Fill each well with the meat mixture.
11. Brush the edges (only the dough) with egg, sesame seeds and a little coarse salt.
12. Cover with a towel and let rise for another few minutes.
13. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C (338°F) for about twenty minutes.
* You can upgrade them with pine nuts.
Bon appétit :)
