- 1/2 package Petit Beurre / Lotus biscuits (for Passover, use Passover cookies)
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 heavy cream
- 1 instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tub 5% white cheese
- 1 tub sour cream/yogurt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Preparation
Crumble the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.Press 2/3 of the mixture firmly into the pan.
In a mixer, beat the heavy cream with the milk and the instant vanilla pudding until the whipped cream is stable.
In a separate bowl, mix the cheese with the yogurt/sour cream, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Fold the cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Pour over the biscuits.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the biscuits on top and refrigerate for a few hours.
