Preparation
Mix the dough ingredients (except the extra egg at the end), take a small amount of the dough aside for the crumbs on top, add another egg to the rest of the dough and spread it in a medium pan.Melt the filling ingredients (except the eggs),
remove from the heat and add the eggs one at a time, mixing quickly so it doesn't turn into an omelet (it comes out liquid).
Pour over the dough and bake at 180 degrees until a toothpick comes out almost dry - be careful not to dry it out completely.
This is a special cake and it doesn't have the texture of a regular cake, it's a bit more chocolatey.
