Matzah Cake with Only 3 Ingredients
Ingredients
- 500 grams matzah
- 400 grams bittersweet chocolate
- 2 containers of plant-based heavy cream
Preparation
Put the matzot into a bag and crush them lightly with a rolling pin or a meat tenderizer mallet. In a large bowl, place the chocolate and the cream and melt in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until the chocolate has melted. Take a third of the mixture and transfer it to a separate bowl, set aside.
Add the matzah to the chocolate bowl and mix well until everything is coated in chocolate.
In a 24 round pan, spray a little cooking spray and flatten the mixture in the pan.
Using baking paper, press the mixture firmly on top while pressing down.
Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the cake and smooth it out.
Transfer to the freezer for an hour or to the refrigerator for two hours.
