Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie
Ingredients
- 500 g White cheese 5%
- 100 g Melted butter
- half cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- 300 g Bitter chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup White sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 + 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- half teaspoon Salt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cheese, 100 g butter, half a cup of sugar, vanilla extract and 3 eggs.In a second bowl, melt the chocolate and 100 g butter over a pot of boiling water (bain-marie).
In a third bowl, whip 3 eggs, white sugar and brown sugar.
In a fourth bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture and mix well.
Add the flour mixture.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, letting the paper overhang so the cake can be easily lifted out of the pan.
Pour three quarters of the chocolate mixture into the pan.
Pour the first mixture, the cheese mixture, over it,
and scatter the rest of the chocolate mixture over the top with a spoon in clumps.
Gently swirl the mixture in the pan with a knife, in an uneven way to create a marbled look.
Bake at 170 degrees for one hour.
Let cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for two hours, which makes it easier to cut.
