Pan-Seared Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 kilo salmon pieces
- 1 lemon
- a little olive oil
- salt and pepper
- optional upgrade: green onion, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, chili and more..
Preparation
Soak the salmon for an hour in water with lemon. After that, squeeze it well to remove the liquids and transfer to a bowl.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper and any other toppings you like.
Heat a pan.
Only when it is very hot, place the salmon strips in it.
If the salmon strips are skin-on, first place them skin-side down, and using a spatula press down on the fish for about 20 seconds, so that the sides don't curl and the straight shape is preserved.
Fry on all sides.
Serve immediately after frying.
You can garnish with chopped parsley, green onion and more..
Bon appétit.
