Corn Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 can corn (large)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- a little salt
- 1 baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
Drain the water from the corn and put the drained corn, along with the remaining ingredients, into a food processor and blend. If the mixture is too runny, you can add a bit more flour or breadcrumbs (but not too much).
Spoon the mixture into a baking pan and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown,
If you want to fry them, do the same but without the baking powder, and with the oil added to the batter.
Serve alongside yogurt, tahini, or any other sauce you like,
Bon appétit ?
