- 2 sweet cream (small cartons)
- 2 vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee you like
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Whip the cream, instant pudding and a quarter cup of milk until you get a smooth, stable whipped cream.In a small plate, place the rest of the milk together with a tablespoon of instant coffee and stir until the coffee dissolves.
Dip each biscuit in the milk and coffee mixture and use them to line the pan.
Spread a layer of whipped cream on top, then another layer of biscuits.
(You can make as many layers as you like/enjoy). Then refrigerate.
You can decorate the final layer of cream with dark chocolate / grated chocolate.
