Yeast
50 g fresh yeast (a "Shimrit" packet / cube) = 2 tablespoons dry
yeast. 1 tablespoon dry yeast = 10 g
To replace dry yeast with fresh yeast, multiply the amount by 3

Baking powder / baking soda / vanilla sugar
Packet = 10 g
Tablespoon = 8 g
Teaspoon = 3 g

Gelatin
Gelatin packet = 14 g
Tablespoon of gelatin = 10 g
One gelatin sheet = 4 g
Gelatin packet = 3½ gelatin sheets
To dissolve 1 g of gelatin use 5 g
