Apple Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 baking powder
- one and a half teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 grated Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup oil
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.Add the remaining ingredients and mix only until combined.
Transfer to greased muffin tins and bake at 170 degrees for about half an hour (until a toothpick comes out dry).
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar
