Spiced Corn Cobs
Ingredients
- 6-7 corn cobs unboiled
- 1 teaspoon paprika sweet / hot
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- half a teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 4 olive oil / butter
- *optional 1 teriyaki sauce
- *optional grated yellow cheese to sprinkle before baking
Preparation
Cut the corn cobs lengthwise into quarters.Mix the spices and sauces together with the olive oil / butter until you get a smooth paste, and brush it on.
Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees until golden.
